ZenWord: DANCE

In dance, no movement or direction is better or worse than another.
This, too, is a way to view all of life.

See all the “good and bad” things that happen to you simply as movements in the dance of life.

Are you dancing enough in your life? I do not mean dancing as in moving to the rhythm of a beat, I mean really gracefully dancing with your life; letting flow in!

I have been meditating lately upon the beauty of the dance of life. For me life is suppose to be fun! By surrendering and allowing flow, life begins to feel balanced!
The dance I start to create becomes a beauty, an energetic web of constant flow of abundance, happiness and joy.

What is letting flow in? Letting flow in, is getting out of your own way and starting to be with your deepest heart desires. It is moving towards the dance that sings to you and letting go of the one that no longer serves you. Respect and know your rhythm, for it is you that flourishes in your dance. Shift your awareness from how life could be and start to live in the flow of it. Remember that all dances require balance. Create actions steps everyday that gets you closer to being your deepest heart. Stay in the present moment for it is where your true power lies. Be playful and joyful for it is your natural state.

There is a saying that goes, “life is a dance and you are the dancer.” What are you going to do today to start being the dancer of your deepest heart desires? How does it look and feel?

A quote by Lao Tzu says:
“There are three layers to the universe. In the lower, Tai Ching, and the middle, Shan Ching, the hindrance of a physical bodily existence is required. Those who fail to live consistently in accord with the Tao reside here. In the upper, Yu Ching, there is only Tao: the bondage of form is broken, and the only thing existing is the exquisite energy dance of the immortal divine beings.”
